Amazing plants, so beautiful! Wow!
Number 2 is it "Badisch Gelb"? It should have short spines and not so pointy petals? It looks like "Badish Gold" but yellow instead of orange?
Are they all sibblings? "Badish Gold" and "Badish Gelb" and this is another one?

Hallo Gaby,

Hello Morgan,
yes, Badisch Gelb II is written on the original label. You are right, the spines from Badisch Gold and Badisch Gelb II are simular. If there is a plant with number 2, I think, there also must be a plant with number 1. Perhaps that´ s your plant with the short spines . I´m sure, Mr. Wessner can say you more. I also have another Badisch Gelb ,but it has not flowered yet,and I can´t find it in the glasshouse, because all plants are inside now, for the weather is very bad. It´s raining cats and dogs. But that´s quite normal for this season here.
Here are the flowers from Badisch Gelb and Badisch GoldGaby

Thank you Gaby!
Your photos are fantastic!
These "Badisch" are all beautiful. It seems like there are many different ones. Your "Badisch Gold" also looks a bit different from other photos I've seen.
My "Badisch Gelb" looks like "Naheröschen" in the plant body and spination. Very short spines. I find your "Badisch Gelb" extra beautiful, I will try to find this one too! (I've contacted Wessner but he's not easy to reach through e-mail).
Here's a link to the different "Badisch" available at echinopsis gallery (2 of these 4 photos are yours and 2 are from Wessner):

Hello Morgan,
I think all 3 photos of Badisch Gold show the real one.The plant with the dark orange was the first flower.Only one time I saw this colour.Normally the flower is light orange, but 3 days ago it flowered again and there it was very simular to your photo.I took a foto, but it was a bad one.The plant was too far away for a good foto of the flower .Gaby

I see, thank you very much!

Hallo Gaby,
